Happy Birthday to our angel
Who is turning two today
It doesn't seem that long
Since our baby went away
The party that we cant have
The presents we won't buy
Instead we visit Jacobs grave
And in our hearts we cry
Our baby boy is missed so much
Each and every day
We still don't understand
Why our Jacob could not stay
Always, we will remember our son
And our love for him wont end
